Haighton Manor's new head chef Steve Waters, began his successful career at the Michelin rated Lords of the Manor in the Cotswolds. He has headed up the kitchen at the award winning The Whitehall Hotel in Darwen and since February 2009 has held the prestigious head chef role at Haighton Manor.

With his passion for creating sumptuous, modern British dishes from the very best local produce, Steve is proud of his new menus including the ten course tasting menu, Table d'hôte Menu and A la Carte Menu. His menus, which change monthly, boast the finest seasonal ingredients and demonstrate that his dishes are designed to his ethos of "Simple, done well and nothing bought in".
